Introduction

The website www.ionastudio.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is the online store of the company named “Ioakeimidou Ioanna” and the trade name “IONA” based in Kavala, at Gravias Street No. 21 (VAT number 164110045 , DOY Kavalas), phone number +302514008364, email [info@ionastudio.gr] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Website is operated legally by the Company, through which clothing, footwear, accessories, and other products are available for sale.

Terms & Conditions of the Website

  1. These terms of use of the Website, which include the Purchasing, Shipping, and Return Policy, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”), define the terms and conditions under which you, in any capacity (e.g., as users/visitors/consumers/buyers), browse the Website, use its content and services, and/or engage in transactions by making purchases. They govern the contract of sale concluded at a distance you enter into with the Company for the purchase of products from the Website.

  2. As users/visitors of the Website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, agree to them, and undertake the obligation to comply with them. In case of disagreement with any of these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from taking any action or using any service of the Website (for example, placing orders, subscribing to the newsletter), including even simple browsing. If you wish to request clarification or have questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, you may, before performing any action, contact the Company’s Customer Service Department through one of the contact methods listed in the “Contact Us”.

  3.  By taking any action on the Website (e.g., browsing, placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter, etc.), you affirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  4. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, after prior notice to users/visitors, by posting a relevant notice on the Website. Regularly reading the Terms & Conditions is your responsibility, and if you do not agree with them, you must immediately leave the Website and cease all use of its services.

  5. By using the Website or other services, you agree that you have reached the age of majority (18 years old), which allows you to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The sale of products, account creation, newsletter subscription, and overall use of the Website are permitted to individuals over 18 years of age with legal capacity and to legal entities that do not intend to resell or commercially exploit the products.

Protection of Personal Data

  1. To complete any transaction through the Website, place an order, or register as a user, you will be required to provide certain personal details. Specifically, when placing an order, you will be asked for your full name, the shipping address for the products, your landline phone number (or another phone number of your choice), your email address, and, if paying via debit/credit card, your card details (card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code), as well as other information necessary to facilitate the processing of your order.

  2. The processing, management, and protection of the personal data of the Website’s users are governed by these Terms & Conditions, the Personal Data Protection Policy (Privacy Policy), the provisions of Greek and European legislation, and the decisions and regulations of the Data Protection Authority, for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Company is committed not to disclose, publish, or sell these details to third parties, except in cases provided by law (e.g., for the purpose of lifting confidentiality under Law 2251/1994 or due to obligations arising from the implementation of Directive 24/2006).

Products – Availability – Features – Packaging

  1. The products available for sale, their features, prices, and stock availability are posted on the Website. Users/visitors of the Website can search for more information about each product by selecting the corresponding icon. Any discounts/offers on products on the Website apply for a specific period set by the Company and until stocks are exhausted. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of its products without prior notice. Regardless of price fluctuations, the buyer will always pay the price that was agreed upon at the time of finalizing the order.

  2. The Company has made every effort to present and represent the colors of the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, as the colors you see depend on your computer/smartphone/tablet screen and its settings, the Company cannot guarantee that the color, as it appears on your screen, is the exact one.

Submission – Modification –
Cancellation of Orders

  1. Placing an order through the Website constitutes the conclusion of a contract of sale concluded at a distance, governed by the relevant legislative framework (Article 4 of Law 2251/1994, as applicable). The order of products is a binding offer to purchase on your part as a user/visitor of the Website and automatically entails the obligation to pay the order amount, as it is determined, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, as well as any other applicable charges or discounts to which you are entitled as a user/visitor.

  2. The ability to place a valid order through the Website and, consequently, enter into a contract of sale concluded at a distance is available to individuals who have reached the age of eighteen (18) and possess legal capacity.

  3. To register an order, a step-by-step process is followed. In any case, until the order is completed, technical means will be available to you to verify and correct any errors that may arise, such as the ability to re-edit your order from the beginning and correct anything before completing the order.

  4. By placing an order on the Website, you accept the sharing of your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders and contracts made through the Website for the sale of products. Recipients of this data, for the promotion, support, and servicing of the transactional relationship, may include the Company’s partners, authorized employees involved in product delivery, and any banks through which the order payments will be processed according to your choice.

  5. You can also submit an order in the following ways: (a) by phone, at the fixed-line number +30 251 400 8364, daily from Monday to Friday, between 10:00–18:00,  and (b) by message on the Company’s social media accounts on Instagram [IONA (@iona.gr)], after you provide all the necessary information for submitting your order (email, full name, phone, shipping address, desired product name and size) and consent to the processing of your personal data.

  6. For any information or clarification you may need regarding the products on the Website or your order, you can contact the Company at +30 251 400 8364 from Monday to Friday, between 10:00–18:00, or by email at info@ionastudio.gr. Every order signifies acceptance of the Website’s Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy without any reservations regarding these terms and any special agreements between the parties.

  7. Your order is completed with its acceptance by the Company through the sending of a written confirmation (confirmation email) to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact info@ionastudio.gr to ensure your order has been successfully processed.

  8. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, the Company will contact you by phone within one (1) business day from the order date, informing you of the time frame within which the product can be delivered to you, or of the complete lack of availability of the specific product, as well as your options for a refund if the order was already paid for.

  9. To cancel or modify an order (either fully or partially), change the shipping address, you must send an email to info@ionastudio.gr or call +30 251 400 8364 within two (2) hours from placing the order. After this time, cancellation or modification of your order is not possible, and you can return or change your order only after receiving it.

  10. The Company reserves the absolute right to reject orders under any circumstances without being obligated to list the reasons for the rejection, provided that the full amount you have paid is promptly refunded. The Company may, at its discretion, limit or cancel a number of products purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed from the same user account, from the same credit or debit card, or orders using the same promo code or the same billing or delivery address. If the Company changes or cancels an order, its representatives will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided during the order. Furthermore, the Company may restrict or block orders that appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers, commercial agents, or other unauthorized entities. Reselling for commercial purposes of any product purchased from the Website is prohibited.

Payment for Orders

  1. The following payment methods are available for settling your order:

  • Credit or Debit Card: Payment may be completed using Visa, Mastercard, or other supported credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment environment. During checkout, users are redirected to a secure payment gateway operated by Stripe in order to complete the transaction. Card details, including card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and security code (CVV), are processed directly by Stripe and are neither stored nor processed by the Company.

For all payment methods, customers may request either a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoices are issued to legal entities and self-employed professionals provided that all required billing details are correctly submitted during checkout, including company name, VAT number, tax office, registered address, profession/activity, and contact details.

All prices displayed on the Website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are payable exclusively in Euros (€). Any bank fees or transaction charges imposed by financial institutions are borne solely by the customer.

The Company does not support tax-free purchases and does not provide VAT refunds or exemptions.

Shipping Method – Time – Cost

  1. Orders are shipped within one to three (1–3) business days from the moment your order is processed and payment details are verified.

  2. Orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from Monday to Friday. Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends, national holidays, or public holidays.

  3. For domestic (within Greece) shipments: Shipping cost is 3.50€ for orders delivered within Greece. The courier company we work with for domestic deliveries is ELTA Courier. For orders above 300€ the shipping is free. After your order is handed over to the above courier, we will either notify you via email with the tracking number for your order so you can track its location at any time. Also you can choose to pick up your order from the store.

  4. For Cyprus shipments: Shipping cost is 10€ for orders delivered within Cyprus. The courier company we work with for Cyprus deliveries is ELTA Courier. For orders above 300€ the shipping is free. After your order is handed over to the above courier, we will either notify you via email with the tracking number for your order so you can track its location at any time. 

  5. For Europe shipments: Shipping cost is 25€ for order below 600€. The courier company we work with for Europe deliveries is ELTA Courier. For orders above 600€ the shipping is free. After your order is handed over to the above courier, we will either notify you via email with the tracking number for your order so you can track its location at any time.

The Company is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, international or customs issues, or any other force majeure circumstances beyond its control.

Return/Exchange of Products – Right of Withdrawal

  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of your order, and you can choose to exchange the product or size only. For the return to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition with their tags and original packaging. WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS

  2. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that do not meet the return conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions. In case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

  3. Product or Size Exchange: Products can be exchanged for any available different size or product from the Website.

  4. Return Costs: Returns for orders shipped within Greece are free of charge, exclusively with the courier company ELTA Courier . When delivering the package with the returned products to the courier, you must select “Recipient’s Charge.” The free return option is limited to one return per order. If you choose a different courier than ELTA Courier, you are responsible for the shipping costs. In case of returns from a country outside Greece, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs clearance fees, taxes, and duties.

  5. In case an invoice has been issued, the right of withdrawal from the order and refund is not available, as the business to which the invoice was issued does not fall under the definition of a consumer as per article 1A of Law 2251/1994.

User Accounts – Newsletter

  1. By creating an account on the Website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, and you assume responsibility for all information you provide and the actions that occur on your Account. The Company is not obligated to verify the identity of every user who creates an Account or ensure that the Account is used solely by the user. The policies for the collection and use of your personal data are outlined in the

  3. We reserve the right to delete your Account or restrict access to it and any part of the Website if we find that you are using the Website or your Account illegally and/or engaging in anti-competitive behavior. Specifically, the Company keeps a list of User Accounts who have made orders and have not received their products (either by refusal or non-presence at the agreed delivery time) or have made high-value purchases and refused delivery at least once.

  4. To subscribe to the Website’s Newsletters, after completing the required fields for creating a User Account or by fulfilling the Subscriber Form, you must also opt-in to receive newsletters. The Company may send you newsletters periodically. In every newsletter you receive, you have the option to unsubscribe via a link at the end of the email, following the unsubscribe process. We may assess your shopping habits and searches on our Website to create a personalized newsletter tailored to your interests. The Company reserves the right to delete any recipient from the newsletter list without justification.

Website Operation Rules and Restrictions

When using the Website, its Content, and your Account, you agree not to:

*Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.

*Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, networks, or Content.

*Impersonate any person or entity or provide false or misleading information.

*Create unauthorized links to or from the Website or present third-party content in a way that suggests endorsement by the Company.

All Content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its Content may result in the suspension of access and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.

Company Liability

  1. The Website and its Content are provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Users access and use the Website at their own responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage to equipment, technical issues, compatibility problems, or unauthorized third-party interference.

  2. While the Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the Website, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occasionally occur. The Company reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice.

  3. The Company is not liable for any damage or side effects resulting from improper use, incorrect product selection, or causes not attributable to manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, the Company’s liability is limited solely to product replacement in accordance with the applicable Return/Exchange Policy.

Warranties

The Company has taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure smooth and secure access and navigation for users on the Website but disclaims all types of warranties. The Website is provided “as is,” without any warranty regarding its operation or suitability, and its use is at the users’/visitors’ own risk. The users/visitors assume full responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or any of its services. The Company does not guarantee that the Website and its content will fully meet the users’ needs, nor that the operation of the Website will not be interrupted or will be uninterrupted.

Linked Websites / Links to Other Websites and Services

The Website may include links to other websites, which are not controlled by the Company but by third-party entities (natural or legal persons). The Company is not responsible for the content of other websites and is not liable for any damage or harm that may arise from the content of these websites. The Company disclaims any responsibility regarding the use of the linked websites, which are accessed at the user’s own risk. Access to the respective website through the provided links occurs exclusively at the user’s responsibility, and the Company assumes no liability for the content or privacy policy of the linked website.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

  1. Any dispute arising between the Company and its customers/users/visitors of the Website that stems from their contractual relationship or the application of these Terms & Conditions will be interpreted according to Greek law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kavala, to which the parties voluntarily submit from this moment onwards.

  2. For the extrajudicial and amicable resolution of any dispute, you may also contact the competent bodies for the extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes, such as the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, 144 Alexandras Avenue, 11471, Athens, Tel. +302106460734), or the Friendly Settlement Committees for consumer disputes located in the capitals of the country’s Regional Units and Municipalities, etc.

Contests / Promotional Actions

Any contest or promotional action described or posted on the Website is governed by the rules set forth for that particular event.
