RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of your order, and you can choose to exchange the product or size only. For the return to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition with their tags and original packaging. WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS

The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that do not meet the return conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions. In case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

Product or Size Exchange: Products can be exchanged for any available different size or product from the Website.

Return Costs: Returns for orders shipped within Greece are free of charge, exclusively with the courier company ELTA Courier . When delivering the package with the returned products to the courier, you must select “Recipient’s Charge.” The free return option is limited to one return per order. If you choose a different courier than ELTA Courier, you are responsible for the shipping costs. In case of returns from a country outside Greece, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs clearance fees, taxes, and duties.

In case an invoice has been issued, the right of withdrawal from the order and refund is not available, as the business to which the invoice was issued does not fall under the definition of a consumer as per article 1A of Law 2251/1994.
